The NCJHL is saddened to learn of the passing of our Vice-President, Hubert Seguin in his 80th year. Hubert has always been involved in many levels of hockey, from president of his local minor hockey association to serving as a director for Hockey Eastern Ontario. He has spent the last number of years with the NCJHL helping out in any way he could.  Funeral arrangements will be forthcoming.
